Campaign Workbench Overview

Campaigns are a crucial time period for sellers to boost sales and gain new customers. Campaign workbench provides sellers with overviews on shop sales, product performance, and content performance data in real-time during mega campaigns. It also provides important alerts to notify sellers of content violations and upcoming out-of-stock issues. As a seller, once you’ve successfully joined a mega campaign you’ll have access to the corresponding campaign workbench.
Campaign workbench offers a convenient and easy way for you to monitor campaign performance. You can quickly get a better understanding of your campaign’s achievement and progress, adjust strategies, and dive deeper into detailed data for a more comprehensive analysis.

How to use campaign workbench

Entrance
Entrance 1: Seller Center > Analytics > Overview > Click campaign notice on the top right corner > Campaign Data
Entrance 2: Seller Center > Analytics > Marketing > Promotion > Campaign Performance > Campaign Workbench
Features Introductions
Throughout the duration of mega campaigns, you can head to campaign workbench to monitor your shop achievements in real-time.
Set up your campaign goal and keep on track
At top of the page, you can view your achievements during the campaign period. Click on Config Target to set up your own campaign goal and track the progress.
Core data overview
On the top right corner, you can choose to see core data and trends from today or during the campaign period. To view the trends of the campaign’s core metrics, click Trend Comparison.
Whichever stamp you choose, other trend charts will benchmark the same time stamp accordingly, making it easy for you to understand the main factors of the fluctuations.
Sub campaign tracking
On the right side, view the orders and revenue of sub campaigns that you joined.
Product performance and inventory alerts
Get a quick overview of campaign product performance in the product module. You can view more metrics by clicking Metric to customize. Click on More Details to view the product table for detailed analysis.
Real-time product stock statuses are provided for you to quickly view your inventory and take any action needed. Stock status will give you alerts on upcoming out-of-stock issues in the next 7 days or within the campaign period, depending on which period is shorter. Click Add Stock to replenish the products on the Product Management page.
Selectthe Out of Stock filter to view all the campaign products that need to be replenished. You can also easily create ads for the top products with just one click.

Content performance ranking

In the LIVE and Video modules, the top performing content is listed out in real-time, including your own content and affiliate content. Any existing LIVE violations will be indicated at the top of the LIVE module. For a more detailed analysis, click on More Details.
More metrics are available when you click Metrics to customize, and you can also search for a specific LIVE/Video in the search bar. Additionally, you can switch between linked-account and affiliate LIVE/Video with just one click on the top of the table — GMV contribution rates are provided here.
In campaign workbench, you can rank LIVE/Videos by core metrics that you’d like to focus on, as well as identify the metrics that you can take action on — this can include re-collaborating with creators or creating ads.
For LIVE tables, you can switch to view any LIVEs with violations, or LIVEs that have joined Key Livestream sessions with just one click on the quick filter. If you need more detailed analytics on LIVE, click Live Console to achieve real-time monitoring or a performance recap.
